Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. "Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk. I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room. Great stay from that...

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
