"I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room was. Very small but perfect size for one person, making great use of the space. It was clean and the bed is very comfy. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

"Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"Basic amenities were not provided or attended to such as toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. Also, rooms without windows should not be a practice of hotel design. "

"Great location. Just by the bus 24 bus stop which goes 24 hrs /day to Trafalgar Square. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice & comfortable rooms."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in No windows still under construction My room didn’t get cleaned once in my 7 night stay I asked 3 seperate times for a clean and new towels and was told we only clean after 5 nights Signage terrible No staircase to get yo and down to avoid waiting for lifts Very disorientating as there is no natural light anywhere.. feels like a bunker"

"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother.
