"Upon arrival, it was clear that some of the guests had intense issues which required management's attention (loudly and in the lobby, icyw.) The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked quite well. There were other conclusions drawn from the fact that there were vehicles being repaired in the parking lot and a certain person napping at various locations at the property.
