"We had a fantastic stay at De Bergkant in late July. The setting and surrounding view was stunning. We were greeted by Tracey who was manager and head chef. She could not have been more helpful. She provided recommendations on things to do in Prince Albert and places to eat, even made our dinner reservations for us. The rooms and the grounds were clean and comfortable. "Great place and a Lovely room!! But the check in felt a little weird/very rushed. The manager showed us the apartment and explained everything in like 1 minute. It was alot to take in and remember and he talked very fast so I had to ask again several times... It felt like he was in a hurry and that in turn made us feel unwelcome. Very weird customer service. But the place was lovely in a great quiet place with gorgeous surroundings."

"We stayed 2 nights in May. The accomodation was comfortable but dark. The food was superb The game drives were great. Wrap up warm on a morning it's cold. The pool was cold so we didn't use it. The sun loungers were comfortable. All staff friendly and the animals were great."
