The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay. We would consider staying here again."

"We stayed in the Windermere suite and it was beautiful. Had an amazing view with a fireplace and a living room area, nice and spacious and big. It was perfect because it was snowing so it was nice to relax from the cold in our room/suite!! The breakfast was very tasty every morning and we had dinner in the dining room by the fireplace absolutely gorgeous. The smell from the fireplace was amazing and the staff was exceptional, definitely will be back."
