"We were misled by the photos of the property that included all of the units. Instead of a king with a Tub, we found ourselves with a queen with a shower. The window coverings were broken, and the unit smelled like a cheap apartment. It was relatively clean and we did stay there."

"Simplistic executive spa room with all the amenities required for our stay. Parking was great bedding and towels were clean and I liked the embroidered detail on the towels. Shower was good The cleanliness of the spa was not good and jets were brown so didn’t use it as didn’t look clean. The noise from a pump or the like kept me awake most of the night. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is quite large and can feel a bit like a maze, but thankfully, the rooms and hallways are very well signposted, so finding our way around was never an issue. "We had a one night stay here on our Australia trip. We stayed in the Captain's Cottage which was a lovely, spacious room. It was beautifully furnished and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. There is complimentary tea and coffee for guests in the main building, as well as in the rooms. We went in to get a drink at about 8 pm but the coffee machine had run out of most choices and the water to make the tea was lukewarm. Not a huge problem but maybe something to think about...
