"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The room was really clean and the grounds were well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and authentic! "
"Room was very clean. Had a proper office chair, which would be ideal for doing extended work at the desk. My favorite feature of this property was the second-floor terrace, which had comfortable seating and a good view of the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios. I spent hours there reading a book and admiring the view of the Santuario. "
"This is a recently costructed small hotel beautifully build. Rooms have vaulted ceilings made of bricks and walls of stone. The staff is extra nice and helpful, and the hotel is immaculately clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is lack of a/c, or even a fan in the room."
"Did not count with restaurant, only coffee packages, lobby ceiling was leaking due the rain otherwise very fast assistance from the friendly staff, near shops, restaurants, and zocalo."
"This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was there’s no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean "
