"I booked a king bed balcony and it was changed to a double bed room. I don’t get explanation or notice and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t helpful in updating the room to the correct one and I had to stay in the same room with double."

"On site valet parking with a turn in off the street is great. Courtyard area is very nice. The restaurant and bar area are very nice. The staff was great. The room and bathroom were small. The room is very poorly lit."
