"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "Stayed for 2 nights BB and couldn’t fault it, front desk were pleasant and alway helpful, along with the staff in the restaurant. Bed was massive, and comfortable. Everything you needed was in your room. This hotel is close to the park & ride, so very handy for getting in and out of Oxford, and last bus runs till after 11pm. "

"Quirky old hotel with creaky floorboards in the corridors. Obviously extended over the years as evident in the various level changes as you navigate through the mazy corridors and stairwells to your room. Room was adequate; bed comfortable, and bathroom facilities very good. Only down side was no tissues provided in the room. Used the restaurant for the evening meal - quiet that evening but menu selection not too bad and prices reasonable."
