"Very friendly and helpful staff on Reception. Old palazzo charm - lovely views from terraces. Room size and bathroom size both fine - shower could be a bit hit and miss with temp but manageable. Plumbing is quite loud especially when other rooms use flushes/showers late at night (and why must people slam doors?!) Good variety at breakfast.
