"Lovely property with plenty of room and a nice well kept back garden. Coffee and tea came in handy - little sachets of milk would be even better : ) Plenty of parking around and we could see the Etihad from the loft."

"Awful place! Group of 8 frriends stayed. Only space for 1 car on drive, if you park on the street you will get a ticket (a friend did). Everything about the house felt cheap. En suite shower pressure was poor, water from tap spraying, no bath towels just had towels, wallpaper has been torn, the back garden has not had the grass cut! "There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in. "Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. The only negative was the mattresses weren't very comfortable, other than this we had a great stay"
