"The beds were not really comfortable. The remotes did not work for the tv. Also only mirror in the bathroom. Staff were excellent which made up for deficiencies. "

"The music in the corridor was loud and could be heard in the room at 2 am. Was only turned off after a call to the front desk. The air conditioner rattled through the night. The shuttle only left on time after I told them I had a short departure time"

"After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. "
