"I visited Calaveras Big Trees Park that day and needed a place to stay overnight before driving to Yosemite. This was perfect. There was a health food store a 5 minute walk away and a microwave and minifridge in the room, which made dining so easy. I got the best night of sleep I've had in a long time because it was perfectly quiet."

"It’s great when you can support an independent motel instead of the big chains. We enjoyed a clean comfortable shower and sleep in a comfortable very well kept little motel. The a/c was wonderful, cool, with a steady sound that never awakened me the way the ones at too many other hotels have on our cross country trip. "
