If they had of been an emergency there would’ve been no communication possible. I randomly tried dialling 9 which connected me with the very pleasant and efficient receptionist. We had three different receptionists and everyone was super pleasant, really helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable –...

"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."
