"Very nice staff & rooms are big "

"The location of this property is fantastic with many amenities nearby (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and transport) and a nice stroll to the 3 Sisters. Surprisingly, the beds and pillows were better than what I experienced at the Sydney Hilton Hotel! Beds are well made and clean towels were very much appreciated. "The rooms were obviously recently renovated and looked nice. The staff were helpful and the room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, the lack of doormat meant the floor was quickly gritty from shoes. There was a kettle but it didn’t fit under the tap which was a bit of a nuisance. And there were no hooks at all to be able to hang towels to dry."

"It is old and doesn’t match with the photos Towels are super old and not dare to use. The door lock fallen out before I moved in. Bed is ok and just the whole room below my standard."

"Great location close to the walks at echo point. Crisp, clean linen. Nice aesthetics inside. Really good value. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the blue mountains."

"Loved our stay here. Rooms are very spacious and modern. View was beautiful from our room. Parking easy and the pub food is exceptional. Can’t wait to return again very soon."

"Building was dated, but it was clean and tidy. Reception was pleasant. Good experience overall."
