"The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"The floor looked a bit greasy. The cushions on the bed were a bit dirty - i would recommend not to put on the bed at all as they were no use to most customers. The staff were friendly and good in responding to requests like bringing extra towels."

"After a long drive to Niagara, Sterling Inn was a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the shower and jacuzzi were clean, and iin excellent condition. The breakfast in bed was the icing on the cake. Property was walking distance from the falls and amenities. Loved my stay and will stay again whenever I visit Niagara."

"Our room was on a ridge and directly faced Lock 7, which was just across the Welland Canals Parkway. From our balcony, we were treated to a truly excellent view of the ships and pleasure boats navigating between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. They were simply amazing in both size and number, including Lakers and Salties -- a variety of bulk carriers and cargo ships -- even a "Frankenship"! "It was very clean and pleasant to stay there. Good breakfast, excellent staff. We had seen a review earlier that claimed the hotel had bedbugs. We were a little worried, but we checked everything carefully before checking in. Everything was very clean; we recommend this hotel, where you can stay for the night and enjoy a great breakfast"

"Very clean and comfortable room. Good location close to lots of restaurants and short walk to shows at Fallsview Casino. Nice observation deck on the 25th floor offers a great view of the falls. Only small drawback is the lack of parking on site. You can self drive to the nearby lot about 1 kilometre away and take a shuttle back for 35 dollars or a valet will look after the parking but charge $100."
