Wonderful
All of Ianthe’s staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Thalia had great recommendations of restaurants and points of interests for us to visit during our stay. The room was very nice and so was the pool and rooftop patio.

Home away from home! The owners treated us like family. They catered to our every need including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and even providing an adapter and some medication in an emergency. Food market nearby. 2-min walk to the Oia promenade. Bus stop is maybe 20 steps away. Amazing views from our apartment. Very clean. Gated villas/apartment so felt very safe. Great daily breakfast. Daily change of towels and housekeeping. I can’t say any more great things about this place!! We’re only staying here when we go back to Santorini. We got lucky when we chose it on Expedia. What a gem of a place! Anna, Marousa and Thalia are the best hosts!!!

First of all, Anna, was a terrific host and owner. She accommodated us with transportation from the airport and even an early check-in. She explained everything thoroughly to us the moment we arrived on what to do around the island and how to get around. She is very attentive to her guests as well as her staff. She knows how to run this hotel and she is truly amazing.

Great family run business; very warm welcome. Always went above and beyond what I would expect. The views from pool area is impressive, where you can see the glow of the sunset from. Having breakfast delivered on the balcony was great. Oia is very busy, and takes a while to get used to; getting out at 8am or so to walk around is extremely peaceful. Our experience is that if you stay off the main "stip" of Oia, the restaurants were great (including the ones recommended by the hotel).

I honestly can’t praise both this hotel, and the owner, anna, enough. The hotel is lovely. So authentic and in the best location in oia. Plus the views are insane! Anna the owner was so incredibly friendly. She made us feel welcome and helped us with transfers and our boat trip. Thank you for your hospitality, we can’t wait to visit again. Don’t think twice, book! This hotel will make your santorini holiday. The location is perfect, central in oia with stunning views.The pool area is stunning, just so unbelievably perfect and really completes your trip on this beautiful island. Thanks again. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed in the Villa, 1 Bedroom, Hot Tub and it was awesome. Perfect spot to watch the sunset over the caldera and the white covered buildings. This villa is across the street facing the water and is separated from the rest of the property. The separation is a non-issue and shouldn't be cause for concern. The room is stocked everyday for breakfast so you can eat on the balcony overlooking the water. The room has an outdoor hot tub too. The owner and her daughter are very friendly and informative on places to eat and go. They even set us up with a rental car for the day. I highly recommend staying at this property, specifically this room. The price is a real bargain compared to other fancier properties facing the water. It's the same view for a fraction of the price.

Sem dúvidas é a melhor opção custo-benefício de estadia em Oia-Santorini. Escolha esse hotel que você não irá se arrepender. Wir waren 12 Nächte dort und können die Bilder die auf der Website dargestellt werden nicht bestätigen...selbst als wir uns auf die Suche machten,die dargestellten Fotos mit Ausblick Jacuzzietc. Sind Fakeund gehören nicht zu dieser Anlage, wir haben 1350€ Flug/Hotel p.P. gezahlt und dafür erwarten wir etwas anderes. Das Badezimmer alt und stinkt nach alten Leitungen/fischig, der Schrank hat auch gestunken,das Appartement notdürftig ausgestattet, zum Frühstück gab es immer das gleiche (auch wenn man den Zettel 1Tag vorher ausfühlt hat bleibt die Auswahl identisch)selbst die Anzahl der Früchte im Obstsalat,der Kaffee ein Zumutung......,keine Auswahl an Wurst/Käse, einrn Tag fab es sogar gar kein Frühstück-Sorry aber sowas geht gar nicht! Keinen morgen konnten wir entspannt ausschlafen da es extrem hellhörig ist und dort dauerhaft Türen geballert werden und dort pausenlos das Telefon klingelt, die Terrasse ungeschützt durch extremen Sturm nur teilweise möglich sie zu nutzen,eine Überdachung zum Sonnenschutz wurde auf Nachfragen an ruhigen Tagen auch nicht gestellt, der Terrassenmöbel ok aber der Tisch eine Zumutung,das Rattan machte es nicht möglich dort vernünftig zu essen. Zudem kam hinzu das es dort mind. 3-5x tgl. Zu Stromausfällen kommt und man nachts viele Nebengeräusche wegen Leitungen hört.......alles in allem enttäuschend. Der Ort Oia schön anzusehen das ist aber auch alles. Auf dieser Insel merkt man eines ganz extrem......Wie bäute ich am besten den Touristen aus!!!!

our stay was amazing. the view was perfect and there was breakfast provided. it felt very homely. the receptionist was very kind, she booked us a transfer to the port within half an hour of request. we managed to get on the ferry on time because of her. would definitely recommend!

バス停からスーツケースを運んで歩くと10分ぐらいです。ティラのメイン通りから外れているので静かです。何と言っても部屋が広いです。オーナーさんは年配の方ですが親切で気さくです。部屋には一通りの物が揃っています。洗面所やシャワールームは新しいようで清潔でした。 ただ一点だけ、キッチンの流しの下にカトラリー等が収納されていますが、そこだけが異常に匂い、開けるのが辛く、他の者に開けてもらっていました。私の苦手なカビ臭い匂いです。 その1点だけです。 グーグルの地図と位置が違います。訂正してほしいです。 確認書として送られて来た地図は合っていました。非常に分かりにくく、たまたま日本からSIMカードを買って行ったので電話をしたら、私達を探して声を掛けてくれました。詳しい経路を載せて欲しいです。

Amazing Place to Stay!
Perfect place to stay with amazing view (especially from the second floor). Me and my wife stayed there for our Honeymoon and we will never forget the memories we made. Very nice and always helping people working in the reception who gave us great recommendations. Great location, walking distance to Oia (shopping center and place to walk), markets, and restaurants.

Best location in town, very close to the busiest part of town, but very quiet around. Like everyone else, we felt in love with Anna and her daughter Maruska. They make you feel like part of their family and will make sure your stay is nothing but perfect. She will get out to the door and greet oh and will get out of the door to say good bye the they you finish. The pool of the Forbes Hotel is amazing too, literally 5 mins walk. Make sure to follow Abbas guidance, she is so on point with every recommendation. For us, Anna was the main attraction in Santorini. You will love her!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch und nur einige Gehminuten von Oias Zentrum entfernt. Die Aussicht ist super. Am allerbesten hat uns allerdings das Personal gefallen. Super hilfreich mit tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Andere Städte sind einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen

highlight of our trip
Although our sea view from our window was not the one with caldera, everything else was excellent. Especially I like the communal roof top terrace where we can see the amazing caldera view and surrounding area was good, and we enjoyed the amazing view along the path to the town very much. the hosts are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I really would like to come back one day.

They were super friendly when we got there. Our room wasn't ready because we got there early, but they did went over and beyond to get us in even before the check in time. The wine in the room was tasty and the view from the balcony was amazing. We didn't use the sister hotel pool, we were too excited to get to exploring! The location is great and its a short walking distance to the center. Great property and honestly don't have anything bad to say about it! Would definitely stay here next time!

조용하고 깨끗한 숙소.
도로에 면하고 있어서 접근성이 좋고, 전망이 좋은 숙소입니다.(앞뒤 모두 바다 전망입니다) 식사도 직접 가져다 주시고 청소도 매일 해주셔서 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

Very clean and unique building. Very new and spacious with comfortable bed. The owner is very kind and helpful. Complimentary welcome drinks and wine. The view from the roof is absolutely stunning! Only 5-10mins walk from the centre of the town.

AMAZING
This place is AMAZING!! We rented a one bedroom villa with hot tub and it was beyond gorgeous!!! The view is stunning and better than most hotels because some hotels are blocked by the view of other buildings. Sunset is stunning. Service is amazing with great recommendations. Couldn’t thank Ana and her daughter enough for all they did for us. She was like my mom away from home and even when I wasn’t feeling well she took care of me. Very hospitable and I even cried with her when I left. Thank you so much!!!! Our villa had a hot tub, kitchen, very very spacious, and the cutest blue door! I will definitely come back here and I never say that

Great value for money
Ianthe is in a nice, quiet location and has a great view of the Caldera from the roof terrace. Ana and Marroussa are wonderful hosts who provide excellent assistance in every way. Highly recommended.

The owners who operate this boutique (6 room) property on the outskirts of Oia do a great job of making visitors feel at home. Breakfast is customized to your preferences and served when you want it each morning in your room or on your patio. The communal deck has a great view of the Caldera and the sunset. They plan to add a pool for next summer but for now, access to a nice pool facility is provided in the hotel next door. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Marisa. She and her mother are so pleasant and helpful. They gave free welcome wine that their family makes. She gave us wonderful dinner recommendations. The property is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom in the triple room is very large and modern. The room itself was very large. The balcony was wonderful and private, beautiful view of the ocean. We loved the breakfast that Marisa would come set up each morning on our balcony. The location was wonderful very close to all the streets and shops of Oia, but also far enough away to be private and quiet. My only complaints were the exit sign in the room was too bright, it was difficult to sleep with them on. I also would prefer if they had a pool or hot tub on the premises. The pool was nice, but a five minute walk down the street at another hotel.

Cute little place!
We stayed for 3 nights and the location was great, about 5 to 10 minute walk into Oia. Breakfast was lovely and the owners were really helpful and nice. The swimming pool is located at another hotel but it's only a 1 minute walk and was nice.

Simple perfect.
It was amazing! A real greek experience! The guests were amazing and had every little detailed prepared to us. The best ever! The most beautiful view of the caldera.
