The reception and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were so knowledgeable of the area, the busses, and sights to see. The hotel is located very close to the bus stop which is easy to get to other locations from. Also the hotel is only a 10-15 min walk from the black sand beach- which is beautiful (and quiet in the mornings!) The only complaint we had was from about 10:30-1am at night there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel either above or outside- it sounded like they were still setting up rooms or building something in the middle of the night. Also the showers are extremely small! If you are tall, be prepared to crouch or sit completely on the floor. Other than that we had a great stay, and the receptions staff and breakfast were lovely!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would like to clarify that all the maintainance work is finished before 17.00 so it was propably a noisy neighbour. We appreciate your kind words !

Great stay
Very covid aware. Manager couldn’t have been more helpful.Excellent location. Nice sized room but unfortunately could have done with being updated, especially the bathroom. However we very much enjoyed our visit.

Correct mais pas un hotel 3 étoiles
Bon sejour mais nous avons logé dans une chambre non rénovée et vieillotte. Une partie de l'hotel a besoin de renovation. La salle de bain est vraiment vétuste. La chambre tros petite on tourne juste autour des lits. Ca ne vaut pas 3 etoiles.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le manager est aux petits soins pour ses clients, il prend le temps de donner des explications sur les lieux à découvrir. Il nous a gentiment aidé à louer un quad et a été très disponible tout au long du séjour. Les chambres sont très propres, la climatisation est appréciable en plein été et la piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir. L'hôtel est situé à 2 min à pied du port de Piso Livadi et accessible en bus depuis le port de Paros. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour parfait

The host/owner was amazing, he couldn’t do enough for us. Would describe the house as a hostel kind of vibe. If you plan to explore wider Paros, I would recommend getting a car but the town (Piso Livadi) is lovely with a beach and restaurants a 5 min walk away

The San Antonio Summer house is a two minute walk from the shops and beach at Piso Livadi. We stayed in a very nice, comfortable suite that had an excellent view of the beach and shops. Although close it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was very nice. The only thing that could be nicer was the coffee; we think that the machine served Nescafé. There was also a pool at the complex. The water was very nice, however the limited shade from the umbrellas meant that we did not stay too long as it was too hot for us. If you are after a tan it would be perfect. The one thing that hasn’t changed from other reviews is the WIFI reception; as our room was as far away from the hotspots with no direct line of site we had none in the room or on the balcony. I am sure that most other rooms would have had reception at least on their balconies. The hotspots were at the pool and in reception/breakfast room so we just had to go there, or go outside our front door and sit on the steps to get reception. Nonetheless we would definitely recommend staying at the San Antonio Summer House and would stay there again if we ever return to Piso Livadi.

Les +: superbe vue sur la piscine et la mer sur la droite. ( alors air j avais réservé une vue jardin ). Bonne accueil. Petit déjeuner bien, il y en a pour tous les gout et il est compris. Le balcon agréable, proche du port. Lit et ménage fait tous les jours. Bon débit ds la douche. Petit gel douche, crème pr le Corp, shampoing. Après sh et savon pour les mains appréciables ( naturel à base d olive ). Les - : chambre un peu vieillotte mais simple ce qui rattrape un peu, rideau de douche qui restreint la douche et qui nous touche quand on se douche. Le liner de la piscine est à nettoyer ( vert au dessus de la limite de l eau).

Très bonne adresse
Un personnel chaleureux et souriant, toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils. Localisé idéalement à quelques mètres de la petite plage et du port, au calme. Le petit déjeuné est très complet. Les chambres sont bien. Je recommande vivement cette adresse !

Notre chambre était grande et confortable, seule la literie était très dure. L'espace piscine est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt basique. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking et le stationnement est quelque peu dans une rue très étroite et en pente. Un véhicule est indispensable car il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans le village et pas de transport en commun

Fine stay
We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The little town you stay in is super cute and relatively quiet - we loved it even though it’s a bit removed from the action of the more popular side of the island. The main part of the port is behind the hotel with a handful of food options and a small beach (no chairs, etc). You can walk 10 mins to get to a beach with chairs and more restaurants. We The hotel itself was fine. Our room had three little beds in it with two pushed together for us which was a bit odd. The pool is nice, there are no pool towels but they can give you extra towels if you ask. It seems like they are just getting off the ground so there are some things to work out still. The WiFi only worked in the lobby but we didn’t really mind unplugging a bit. Overall fine hotel if you are ok with pretty minamilist accommodations. Pretty clean and decent breakfast!

Nous avons passé 6 nuits en famille dans cet hôtel : chambre lumineuse, très propre, vue sur la mer magnifique, produits de toilette de qualité, piscine propre et agréable. Les petits déjeuners étaient corrects. L'accueil était vraiment très agréable : disponible et souriant (la femme de ménage était aussi très bien). Idéalement situé, on était très contents d'avoir choisi cette location et cet hôtel, très apaisant.

San Antonio Summer House
Had a lovely 4 nights at this hotel, nice location just a couple of minutes walk from the harbour front. We was given a nice room with sea view, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fine with good choice and overall this was a great value stay. The hotel manager Panagiotis was helpful and relaxed character, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The harbour area of Piso Livadi offers a number of nice tavernas many with fresh fish and good greek food. Beach was just 5 minutes walk and Pounda beach about 20 minutes walk. I would happily stay at this hotel again and found it to be excellent value for money.

Niente di che..
L'hotel è ben posizionato, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Piso Livadi, un borgo grazioso dove non manca nulla (ristoranti a buon prezzo, mini market, negozietti). Tuttavia, a parte la piscina (molto godibile al ritorno dal mare in tardo pomeriggio) non offre alcun agio all'interno delle camere. Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia "superior", di buone dimensioni ma assolutamente priva di comfort. Il frigorifero faceva un rumore infernale, la doccia scomodissima (mancava il perno per appendere il doccino e le tende in plastica facevano fuoriuscire l'acqua), asciugamani secchi dall'uso e non troppo puliti. Il balcone, di per sé carino considerata la vista sul mare, era arredato con due sedie rotte. Abbiamo chiesto di sostituirle, ma ce ne hanno data una sola e.. Rotta anche questa! Shampoo e boccette per lavarsi solo per il primo giorno, poi abbiamo dovuto chiederle. Insomma, ci è sembrato che i gestori avessero un po' "il braccino corto".. Basterebbe qualche piccolo accorgimento per migliorare una struttura che di per sé ha tanto potenziale. La colazione era abbondante, senza infamia e senza lode. La reception era terribile a vedersi, abbastanza squallida, direi però compensata dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto.. Unico punto a favore dell'Hotel!

Siamo stati in questo Hotel una settimana, si trova a due minuti dalla spiaggia di Piso livadi e dal porticciolo dove si trovano taverne, bar e negozi. La struttura è molto accogliente, vista stupenda, zona silenziosa, c'è la piscina attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni, la camera con aria condizionata, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni, la colazione a buffet abbondante e varia, personale molto gentile e disponibile, che dire era tutto perfetto e ve lo consigliamo anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
