I had my family of 9 with us and we had five rooms around the pool, which was perfect. The hotel is in walking distance to the main downtown area and bus (~15 minute walk). Very nice facility with very nice / helpful staff (Only One Bobby!). We all had a great time and I recommend.

The property was perfect in every way. We had a fantastic room poolside! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They all went out of their way to answer our questions and make our stay comfortable. They have a fantastic restaurant on the property, and Elias was a fabulous waiter! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

From our arrival to Santorini, the staff here made us feel welcome. Maria from the front desk to Bobby our driver and Anna who served us lunch several times the food we had at Katsaboo Restaurant was amazing. Sourced from the owners farm. Everything fresh and delicious. The wine we had in our room was from the owners own label Maris wines. I would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

It's a wonderful and clean hotel. We received very warm welcome by concierge and restaurant manager. They provided one stop shop service to arrange tourist activities, Spa and dining in the hotel.

Spectacular Sunrises

The location is centrally located in a very good area. You can walk to the center of the city if you desire. The suites are gorgeous and the sunrises are spectacular! The ENTIRE staff are fantastic and were ALWAYS eager to assist in all endeavors. I will definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here again. ❤️

The place is very clean and quiet. The only downside was the wifi connection in our room had poor signal, we had to go out of our room just to get a clear signal during our stay. The staff were very nice and friendly. Shout out to Maria from the reception desk, Mario, our guide during the Jeep tour, and Bobby’s, who carried our luggages up and down the stairs. They made our stay worthwhile.

I could talk about this place for hours! The staff here will make you feel like family and they truly aim to make things perfect for you. They offer transportation, dining, and experiences. If you are solo traveling, this place will feel like a dream - safety, convenience, affordability, etc. You are a quick/easy 10 minute walk from the popular shopping area with tons of stores, food places, activities, etc. It’s been 5 days and I miss this place a TON already! Perfect location to Oia as well.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The Family Suite was very spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable. Maria at the reception was absolutely incredible! So helpful and friendly! The only negative is that the property is an uphill hike into town. In the heat, it was challenging and not very convenient. If you have a car, it would be no big deal, but it was not fantastic to have to walk it.

Great hotel and restaurant

This was a great hotel. The pool and restaurant on-site were a big plus. Although the restaurant and the hotel were very expensive, the food and the service at the restaurant and the hotel facilities were great. My only complaint is that after having spent 400 euro per night for a room plus hundreds for food and drink, they still initially tried to charge us for use of the lounge chairs at the pool. There wasn't a single seating possibility at the pool that didn't cost extra to sit at. Luckily our rooms had porches with lounge chairs near the pool, so we didn't need to pay for the pool lounge chairs. I could understand maybe having to pay for the "fancy" day beds, but all of the seating was reserved for paying customers.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had no issues with staff (Maria was amazing), property was clean and quite peaceful. Main shops are around a 10 min walk. Only issue I had was with my reservation being cancelled. Hotel said Expedia cancelled my reservation when I didnt arrive at check in ( had flight issues). I had informed hotel on check in date of issue and they said no problem they would still hold room, but when I arrived w/ family we were put into two separate smaller rooms for 1 night and then other night put together. This added un easy rest as we had to move our stuff. When I called expedia they said they are not allowed to cancel reservations and that it was hotel that cancelled ( I assume hotel cancelled and wanted to rent out my room). Besides this issue everything was great.
