"Nicole was very helpful. I booked kinda last minute due to my entire apartment complex losing power.. and with children that's a no go esp with no time frame in sight for when it would be coming back. Nicole allowed me to check in early with my children and was beyond kind and courteous."

"We were traveling and didnt check in until almost 11 pm. The hotel charged our card 269.79 for a 308 stay before we got there. Upon arrival they tried to charge us another 305 plus 100 dollar refundable deposit. They claim the 269.79 was a fee. No where on their website does it state there are extra fees for late check in. Check your accounts when staying here. Otherwise beds were comfortable but they over use a very strong smelling cleaning product that may be masking another issue. Breakfast...

"The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was absolutely killer. 10/10. The gym had a great assortment of equipment. The indoor pool was great. The location was perfect. You didn't hear traffic all night, but you could still get to anything you needed within 5/10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the area."

"This hotel was amazing! And very undersold. I loved everything about this hotel. You drive up to what looks like a stately castle. Gorgeous clean hotel with the most beautiful grounds. There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read. "The hotel room were nice; however, they have a quite time from 10pm-6am so you can't used the workout room after 8pm and they just had a basic breakfast, no waffles, The room was clean, the staff were really nice & helpful. I would stay at this time again when I'm in the area."
