"Spent three nights at this hotel recently. Room was clean and comfortable; front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Very conveniently located near the downtown area, and many of the venues associated with the ArtFields Festival. If you're coming to town for the festival, definitely a hotel worth considering. Only negative during my stay was the lack of maid service; had to finally request fresh towels from the front desk on the second evening. Breakfast selection is also a little sparse, but plenty of dining options within walking distance. I will be coming back to Lake City on a regular basis and definitely stay at this property again. "
