"The subtle elegance is timeless and allows the guests to appreciate the historic value of this beautiful hotel. The spa-like bath products are much appreciated and worth shopping online to add to a home guest bath for a luxury feel. Greenville downtown area has much to offer in dining and with easy walking. "As a solo traveler, I booked a one-bedroom suite with a balcony and microwave, and I really enjoyed my stay. The air conditioning worked very well, and I could actually feel the cool air while sleeping, which made the room especially comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet it was; I wasn't constantly being woken up by noise, so I was able to relax and sleep comfortably.
The location is excellent and very convenient, especially if you enjoy walking. The hotel is right by Falls Park and the...

"Great location and in vicinity/walking to Reedy Falls, shops, food & ice cream, and Grand Bohemian Lodge, too! Walk the pathway along the river and seeing the boulder water falls was exceptionally special! Balcony was a nice view of city life. Parking for a fee was conveniently located for access to the property. Kitchen was large and equipped well for simple dinner. The Laundry room with detergent was useful, too!"

"Our room was in need of a major renovation. There were holes in the wall where pictures had been moved, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and gross, there was a stain on the carpet by the bed, a nasty stain on the mattress where the bottom flat sheet came off. Walls were paper thin and we heard folks walking around in the room above us.
When we arrived, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot behind the building. Not a great part of town.
Front desk folks were cordial...
