Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. "honestly, an amazing day the room stayed clean, even with how unorganized we got the ladies always came to make sure we had a clean space throughout the staff was so helpful and friendly and nice. The pool was amazing with the view. I loved it every second of the hot tub was perfect and honestly, the hotel was amazing. Only problem. I did not like the sargassum on the beach, but that is a natural problem in the hotel that their best to keep it clean."

"So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired."
