"The hotel was amazing, the location firstly is top top tier for people who want to see broadway but arent too close that youll hear anything. The room we had was huge and was so clean, the views from the room (7th floor) was spectacular. The staff were so friendly and could help with anything we needed."

"Very convenient location for flight departures. Standard breakfast fare and as these properties and many others go, the coffee resembled a very thin tea like color and definitely no taste. The property management had posted a half dozen BOLD face advisories NOT to remove food from the “restaurant” so with trepidation I took a plate up to our room."

"Hotel was nice but for the same price as the Omni which is next door there is no comparison. I had booked a room with a single king size bed and paid for early check in. When we arrived room was not available. Had to settle for on with smaller bed which was not ideal. Parking garage is poorly marked as to where to go when you first arrive. We had no idea where the elevators were or how to get to the lobby, had to walk all the way down to the street with our bags. All of the staff were great with exception of the bar tender. He wasn’t very friendly and seemed disinterested about being there. Overall the hotel was nice be we will be choosing the Omni again for our next Nashville trip. "
