"Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...

"세부에서 출국 하는 날 쉴 곳으로 찾은 숙소라 오후 체크인 후 11시 셔틀 타고 공항으로 감. 공항까지 10분?정도. 바로 앞에 마리나 몰이랑 길 건너에 몰이 또 있고, 스벅, 24시간 편의점, 한인식당 등 많아서 필요한 쇼핑 마지막날 다 하고 저녁먹고 쉬었다 가기 좋음. 별도 생수는 없지만 2층에 정수기, 커피 있음. 침대 4개짜리 넓고 창문 없는 방이었어서 시끄러운지 모르고 잘 쉬었음. 한 가지 단점은 엘베 없어서 러기지 끌고 올라가야 한다는거 정도지만 2층이라 크게 힘들지 않음"

"I was staying on the 17th floor when the earthquake struck..the hotel stood up very well and the staff were very professional and efficient..we were all rallied into the car park while engineers checked all safety on the building...the food is slso very good and the rooms are in good decor"

Letting my mother in law stay with us, so she would not have to take the long trip back to the province. "
