"There was no hot water. Room was never cleaned. Never got clean towels. Wa told to take my towels to front desk in order to get clean ones. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa. Wa told they're were no pillows.
Had to go elsewhere to take showers and bathe my kids. Alfredo was very unprofessional and lied to me time and time again.
