"I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"Room seemed upgraded, bathroom had safety bars, room was cleaned well. Soundproof windows made the room absolutely quiet even while facing the freeway. The supermarket next door makes it easy to get a food on the go or to bring to the room, if desired; the refrigarator is for real cold rather for show. The hotel is perfect for a short stay - it is affordable, conveniently located, no thrill accomodations for a short business trip or family visit"

"Breakfast was ok. There were lots of carb options but only boiled eggs for protein. Staff was ok, but only one lady seemed to be remotely knowledgeable about the area and actually advised us how to get to Penn Station. Upon arrival/check in the beds were clean and room smelled fresh, however, there were dirty dishes in the sink, no toilet paper on a roll they were sitting underneath the cabinet instead. Not all of the lights worked in the room either. The bathroom vanity light was all we had...

"I didn’t like the fact that house keeping came to clean the room and there was a stain on the bed and they did change the sheets and the breakfast was cold and dry.. and there was only pork products not everyone eat pork I will NOT be booking again or recommending to family or friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
