"Dirty everything. No iron. Rusty microwave. Only 1 channel on the tv. Smells like chemicals, dog and old food, among other things. I complained and nothing. Room smelled so I purchased incense and candles. Was accused of smoking "something" and was told to pay 100 extra or leave. I left."

"The property appeared clean with a very friendly and efficient staff. However, I did find a huge cockroach on the 3rd day. It was taken care if quickly by staff and I never saw evidence of another one. The pool was clean and property provided towels which is nice. Room for improvement would be having some toys for the kids to play with for examaple some beach balls and floating noodles , that kind of stuff. Breakfast was good, tasty and a varied selection. No coffee except during breakfast...

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. "I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not.
The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle.
The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me."
