"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"We had a third floor room in a middle building. There were no usual amenities like shampoo or coffee in the room. It was quite a walk from our room, down a moldy elevator to the office for morning coffee which was already cold
The room was too small for two beds crammed against the walls with room between for only one person to get into and out of bed. Very inconvenient for two elderly people.
We have paid the same price for much better stays in other Motel6’s."
