"Welcomed by reception very friendly. Room was ok little bit dated but clean Problem we found was could clearly hear talking laughing from next door Later in evening could hear man snoring We were exhausted from 9 hr drive so slept well bed was comfortable but was woken up people again talking laughing 3 am. They were leaving early Must be very poor soundproofing We did eat in there restaurant thia food was excellent highly recommend. Hope this helps other people room 111 ground...

"The room was spotless, the receptionist was lovely and very informative. The grounds themselves were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Easy to get to and parking close to the rooms. Breakfast was lovely and so was the lady in the kitchen Would definitely recommend if you want no frills accommodation and total relaxation and peacefulness"

"Cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night. Awful smell from the bathroom drain that we ended up putting small towels over it to stop the smell. Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. Still they are happy to take your $400...

"We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few updates, this would be an even better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality."

"Everything was done very well and went excellently. It was small, but for the economic price & the way it was all so brand new & totally clean when we got there, I wondered how they could do it from this price. In the bathroom there was no shelf to put things on which was a letdown. There is no power points near the beds & the USB ports are away from the beds so you have to get up & walk your phone to the charger and walk back to bed before you go to sleep, if you have been using it in bed,...

"Room was very dirty. So many dead ants throughout the unit, over the beds, throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I suspect they put an insect repellent bomb in the room days before and forgot to clean up the mess. Yes we did speak to management and they did offer to change the sheets but we were only there for one night and we were tired when we arrived. "This hotel is well located next to Mingara Recreational Club where you have a number of restaurants and Bars to enjoy a succulent Chinese meal. Excellent attention to detail from the team at checkin."

"On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

Checking into room 106 abutting the servo next door i could smell a sewerage type odour. The bathroom door didnt close and there was a foot long gap in the bottom where slats were missing.
