"Spa was nice, room was exceptional in terms of the view, decor and comfort. receptionist very welcoming. Bar area no atmosphere at all. Only used for drinks can’t comment on the food. Staff nice enough. Breakfast was lovely and exactly as ordered. Unfortunately during our stay there was multiple fire alarms going off through night. This in itself was annoying as it disturbed our sleep and we only had one evening booked. Lack of sleep for our big day the following day was not what we had planned...

"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. "we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...
