"Excellent experience "

"Requested and booked a NON SMOKING room. Upon entering it smelled like an ashtray! Room seemed to not been swept! Found an expired Xbox gift card on the stained seat! Which was obvious it has not been cleaned! Some kind of DEAD BUG on the painting on the wall! Has not been cleaned either! Informed front desk and was told it was an old building and the smell most likely comes from the old vents!! Only reason had to stay was everywhere else was completely booked! Hair dryer did not work they sent militance to fix and could not since the right tools were not available since outlets are not secured which exposed the electrical wires! Apparently housekeeping came in when we were not there and picked up the dirty towels without replacing them even thou the sign in the room states housekeeping does not come in unless requested! Thankful nothing was missing! Very laid back I don't care atmosphere from staff! They mention breakfast but in reality you have to microwave your prepackage biscuit! Would not recommend unless you really and I do mean really can't find any other place! Should of paid attention to the PAY UP FRONT RED FLAG!! I travel a lot and never experienced anything like this!! "

"This is a very nice hotel. Location is great, walkable to ECU and everything downtown. The restaurant had a nice vibe and the food was very good. Our room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was wonderful the staff was wonderful everything was clean neat and orderly they serviced you with a smile i had a problem with the toliet completely because of me they came ready to work on it got it done in a matter of minutes left and still had a smile on there face me and my family loved them "

"This was the worst experience i every had at any hotel, i ever stayed with. The room is extremely dirty. Start with the bedroom floor, it was black and look to be ve growing. Throw up on the side of the bed. Bed headboard covered with something runing dow everywhere. TV was smeared so badly, you could only view the smears. Serious stains on this lounge chair as if you would actually sit on it. Table was broken the stuffing hung out. Their were smears on the walls, we could only guess what that was. The buildup of dirt and grime was so thick and black on floor and all corners of the room. Bathroom was awful same unclean floor, smeared mirror. Something looked as though it was growing behind toilet. This place is dispecable. Families seniors and unsuspecting guess, be aware this not just happen to me, several people were visiblably unpset because of unclean unsatisfactory condition of the room. The staff attitude is as nasty as the room they sell. Think twice about staying their. One more thing. I wash my hair and used the blow dryer. Manager said we were keeping to much noise. If we continue we would get put out. We were left speechless. This entire place is foul. "

"When we checked in, there was no toilet paper and the shower wasn’t clean. The toilet had issues and wouldn’t flush unless you opened the back and did it manually. The pictures make this place look way better than it actually is. Luckily only there one night. "
