Water was hot, but the shower pressure was kind of low, not too bad though. Main problem with our room was we were on the 7th floor and had no wi-fi. Called the first night to ask if there was a password because it just kept spinning around. We asked if it takes awhile to get on sometimes & they said yes. Next morning...

"I checked in on a Thursday night, called for room service on Saturday, and Mr Bermon told me that there was no room service due to staff shortage. I requested clean towels and sheets, was told to pick up at the front desk. Oh, almost forgot, I reported that my room toilet was loose, it shook every time.
Would not recommend."
