Staff was very friendly. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes, toilet had ring in it and everything in the room felt old and dirty. But they gave us a welcome bag full of snacks and everyone we talked to who worked there could not have been any nicer or more polite.

NOISE!!! Staff was fine. Room was clean. However, we didn't get much sleep. The room above us was very noisy until 1:00am and again at 6:00am. It sounded like constant stomping, running with occational sound of loud thumping, like something was being dropped on the floor. We called the front desk and they said they would reach out to them. If they did, it didn't help. The room had a coffee maker and a pouch of coffee, but no sugar or cream.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. This was my third stay. The room upgrade was a nice surprise! My fourth floor room was clean, smelled good and a comfortable temperature. I do recommend maintenance address the blown light bulb under the microwave, the slow tub drain and missing recliner handle. Otherwise my stay was a good one!
