"The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling."

Clemson was having graduation so everything in the area was expensive. Staying in Greenville was a cheaper alternative and only 45 miles from the school."

"The kitchen worked well for me as I had have to make all my meals. It was clean including the refrigerator.
I don't have an opinion on the breakfast since I never took a meal.
The bathroom has paint peeling on the ceilings and door to the bedroom as well. Rust stains under the toilet and the caulking was poorly done.
Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable, two tv’s was a nice touch.
The desk clerk asked how my stay was and when I said it was good he immediately asked what could be better...

"Drake the Manager was terrible. We couldn’t check in when we arrived at 4pm due to another group having an extremely late checkout. And when we came back at 6:15pm we still couldn’t check in. He was not at all compassionate and when I complained he said “I don’t have your money, you can ask Expedia for your money back but I don’t have your money” verbatim.
