"The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it."

She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . "I was not informed of the construction when I made my reservation. Main entrance was closed. There was a small side door marked temporary entrance on the side of the building and the front desk was out of a hotel room. My room was renovated and clean however my window was covered in plastic on the outside and the pool was closed. They said they would give IHG points to comp and didn't."
