Firstly we had to wait at the reception when we arrived to the hotel. It was quite bizarre that there was no one in the reception. Then someone came after a couple of minutes later. Room cleanliness was very poor. Staff were generally approachable and helpful. Spa was ok but cleanliness was poor. Breakfast (included) was very limited.
