"Didnt have enough breakfast food . Breakfast started at 8am and out of food by 830am. "

"Not many choices on Tuesday night for dining. Our room had a nice view of the River and was very quiet. The carpet need a good cleaning."

"The room was ok, we had just a couple problems, that we had to switch rooms. Now the second room was ok just make sure that you look at your sheets we had a stain it look like juice those sheets need to be trashed. I would say that you need to continue with your upgrades. Front desk staff were awesome. Breakfast was good. Overall I would say good stay and Good location. "

"The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. "

"Everything was wonderful, it rained really hard and the bathroom ceiling leaked. It didn't last long and I just wanted them to know so no one slipped in there because the floor was wet."

"this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was the reason why I came back the second time but I stayed in room 300 and for the most part it was clean but I noticed in my shower, there was a bar of soap left in there as if the shower wasn’t cleaned. there was also a roll of toilet paper in the corner of the bed under the nightstand. not sure why but nonetheless, the room was decent. "

"THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL. BARELY ROOM TO WALK AROUND. HAD TO SIT ON THE BED. IT WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION, OTHER THAN THE NOISE FROM NEXT DOOR PARTIERS. MOTORBIKES WERE REVING UNTIL LATE IN THE EVENING AND IT WAS LITTLE NOISY. MANY COMPLAINTS FROM MY NEIGHBORS. I LIKED THAT THE BREAKFASTS WERE EVERY MORNING. THE FOOD WAS OK, BUT THERE WERE OTHER PLACES CLOSE BY THAT WE COULD GO IF WE WANTED TO WALK A SHORT DISTANCE. BEING NEAR THE AIRPORT, I DID NOT HEAR ANY PLANES OVERHEAD. WE LIKE THIS...

"Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. Lack of cleanliness, no extra bedding for the pull out and wasn’t given any when asked. Just overall a terrible weekend. The guy that checked me on Friday night was...

"I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. "The room was not prepared when we arrived.We were charg d 25 dollars more for early check-in and needed towels,more toilet paper,and door was open .The soap in shower was almost empty.I was really disappointed .I had higher expectations."
