"This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The parking is very expensive and is basically parking on the pavement outside the hotel. The hotel itself is dark and dingy, the corridors are black. The restaurant prices are ridiculous, probably due to the extortionate prices, even at peak breakfast time it was empty. The room was dark, lighting inadequate, view from window considering the location was awful. Bed uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, shower had no power. Good location for the O2 and...

"This place is like some post-irony fever dream. You walk into a lobby where there are two people working at registration but they only point you to. digital kiosk where you click buttons for add-ons. There are a couple of vending machines in the lobby where you can digitally buy water or snacks. Room was cleanish-dingy and feels like living in a closet. There's a bed on a platform slightly off the floor. there are three very shallow knobs on the wall behind the door where I hung a T-shirt fairly...

"Very nice place, friendly and helpful staff, we stayed there as so close to O2. Breakfast was great and the room included parking which was useful for us. Would stay there again"

"The room is clean, Bed is very comfortable I must say but it will be good if customers are provided with bottled water and at least have a small fridge in the room. Most of the staff lack good customer service especially the female staff."
