"The floors were somewhat dirty. The bathroom shower had debris in it when I arrived. There was no inside shower curtains, so water got all over the floor. The parking was nice. The staff was friendly the laundry area and the ice machine was somewhat hot, which made the ice not as cold as it could’ve been."

"The room was NOT cleaned properly. The "guests" were transient, homeless, drug riddled and prostitutes. The hot water was out one of the days during my stay. The staff were polite, but unable to solve any issues. The pool area was disgusting. NOISEY AT ALL HOURS from the other "guests"! I've been going there for the last 4 years and I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL/MOTEL!!!"

"The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."

"We booked a room for four (King bed + sofa bed) for a one-night stay. The room itself was clean, but the trouble started when we went to get sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. The front desk and the manager both told us they were 'sold out' of pillows. When my husband pointed out that basic bedding for the room's capacity should be guaranteed, the manager became defensive and called my husband 'rude.' "Clean, super nice & communicative staff, great food, cool vibe. It’s quirky and comfortable. I would say far more geared to adults because it’s small w only a few rooms - I don’t recall seeing kids there, but it’s in a great location in E Nashville, college age & up."

"This property was amazing… It was quaint, Clean to a fault and I truly felt like I was almost in a private home! Super super quiet and in a great location, not to mention free parking! Very close to Broadway. Definitely will be staying there again!!!"

"This place was great. The staff was amazing and the room was impeccable.. the hot tub was great as well. Having a few free drinks doesn’t hurt either .. Will definitely return. Location was very important and this did not disappoint!!"
