"We stay 4 nights our room was not clean Tuesday, Wednesday ,it was clean Thursday. The first night no towels in room. The entire stay we had to go down stairs to get Towels and tissue each nigh and put our trash out in hall along with wet towels each evening due to no service And to top off the stay today in checking out the elevator was out of order had to drag all luggage down stairs a 88 years old and a 73 year old was not fun! When leaving Florida Monday we were bill for the entire stay before even checking in Monday evening oh and when we did check in was charge a 80 dollar fee for amenities a joke which they said would be refunded still no refund! "

"The hotel staff was excellent. My comforter had a red smudge on it, not sure what it was so I took if off. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly."

"Clean but dated room. Bathtub stained. Carpet filthy. Couch needs to be thrown away EXPEDITIOUSLY! Guy at the desk has a nasty attitude. Side eyes you as if to judge you. Ion like that. "

"The room was absolutely disgusting. The shower did not work. I turned on the bathtub, but then when I tried to turn on the shower, it did not come out of the showerhead that was rust all over the toilet you could tell the building is old and needs to be redone.. you had people running upstairs all night long so I was up all night because I couldn’t go to sleep with all the noise from above me this was the worst thing I ever had and I will never come back as soon as I checked in they were rude as hell talking about give me your credit card, and they were dying their hair. She had a hairnet on because she just colored it black"
