"Very disappointing stay. The hotel was run-down and did not feel well maintained. On top of that, the staff we interacted with were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Our room also wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after the posted check-in time, with no real apology or effort to make it right. Overall, it was not the level of service or cleanliness I would expect from a hotel, and I would not stay here again."

"The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again."

"First and foremost I’d like to say the property is nice & we enjoyed our stay. It would’ve been much more enjoyable if we got what was advertised and my children could have joined me. I was extremely disappointed when we checked in to our property. What was advertised is not what we got. I was expecting a one bedroom condo and what we got was a hotel room-a bed and a bathroom. "Our room was really nice and had a wonderful view. The pool was a little dirty the entire trip despite there being a pool cleaner person. People would come up off the beach and swim in the pool that weren’t guests at Indigo so that was a little annoying. There’s also nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom."
