"The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. We went in June, and Paris was very hot, all day and well into the night, so I did get quite sweaty in bed and needed to keep the windows open(which then leads to bugs, so be careful). "The property was very nice. The kitchen was very useful, as well as the storage cabinets. Some areas like the entrance to the room and the bathroom were very tight spaces, but manageable and well worth it for the price and location. Location was great -- very close to a Metro station and bus stop, and surrounding area was very safe (there was a school right across the street). There is no live receptionist, everything is self-managed with any issues communicated digitally with an agent....

"Property was centrally located to all the go to spots in Paris. Metro was 3 min away. Room was clean as shown in the pictures. Communication was clear and staff was friendly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."
