"The facility is not as advertised. The room was tiny and felt more like a dorm room. Plain white walls, a high window with a large noisy air conditioning unit in front of it, a bed that needs replacing as it dipped badly into the middle. No bedside table on one side as no space for it. The halls and facility are a labyrinth, very hard to find your way around, lots of walking with heavy luggage to get from the lobby to the room. The corridors were unusually narrow. The place would be scary to...

"Had some issues with the check-in, and it is unresolved as I write this review. The room was a great room, and the buffet breakfast was very tasty. Supper was not too expensive and was served at the correct temperature, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The facility needs an upgrade as it is a bit tired. They need some walk-in showers for mobility-challenged people on the first floor, as there is no elevator to the 2nd floor."

"The bands were very comfortable, however, the furniture in the rooms are quite old and dated. The channel navigation on the television was horrible. The air conditioner in the room worked, but was quite noisy."

"Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The shower was large. Breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. This hotel was great value for the money and I would recommend it."

"In the morning there was a plumbing issue, resulting in the water being shut off in our room. When brought to the staffs attention, they quickly got us another room to use as a bathroom not requiring us to move. Essentially we had two rooms for the morning."

"We reached the property around 9:45 00 PM for check-in. During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The apartment itself was spacious and had enough furniture, which was good. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. "Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. And we were simply in a state where we could not do anything rather than just adjust. So a big heads up to all the ppl...

"Staff helpful. Older exterior but beds were clean and comfortable. The fridge was a good size and kept our food and ice packs cold. Close to walking trails. Restaurant right across the road"
