"Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically)."

"The room itself was fine. There is no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the dark stair well. Apparently, there is a cooking school next door that gets quite loud when there are groups of people inside making pasta. They have no one at the facility so they can’t store your luggage.
