"The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water. The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety. On the positive side, the bartender was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful. The room and the property itself were fine to stay in, but the overall experience...

"This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and I would return in an instant. The property is extremely modern and luxurious throughout. Bottled water was a very welcome gift in the high temperatures and every room was air conditioned. The location is perfect for the Porta Nuova area of Bergamo and has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Public transport is easily accessible for Citta Alta and Milan Bergamo Airport. I wish I could have stayed for longer. If you need somewhere to...

"Fabulous hotel,however breakfast was huge let down, served 6-10 am but at 8 o’clock half of the things was gone and nobody seems to care about restocking. Even lady on floor after asking for some bread (there was none left) brought only couple of tiny rolls."

"I picked this hotel because it is close to the airport and they have an airport shuttle. Well it probably was one of the worst places I stayed at. Room was so old and dingy. It had a bathtub not a shower when I showered the floor became so soaked and slippery. How can they provide a bathtub only in an airport hotel. The AC was stuck on one temperature and I couldn’t change it to cool down the room. Not to mention the fan was so loud I couldn’t sleep….at the end I turned the whole thing off....
