"After staying in a boutique hotel in Paris, the room was large and spacious. We had a balcony facing the Mediterranean which was an added bonus. Yhe cleaning staff took care of our room daily and the bar on site was very nice to have. Check- in is 3 pm. They will hold your bags if you arrive early. The promenade is acrisssthe highway with seating, rental bikes and restaurants. There are restaurants galore near the hotel."

"Helpful staff at reception. Great location, only a short walk from the train station and tram station. Plus there is a supermarket next door. The room is bright and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. Also, the shower leaks out into the bathroom. Rooms ending in 01 are smaller."

"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. Literally a block from the beach, they provided towels as well. Near many beach clubs and the main streets with a ton of cafés, shops, restaurants. It was on a street that was quiet though, and felt very safe. Walking distance from Old Town Nice, and very accessible e-bikes as well. The room was very spacious and we had an ocean view.
