"Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was larger and more modern than most we had on our European trip. View from the balcony and breakfast patio was incredible. This amazing property was the highlight of our vacation. Enjoying the breakfast buffet with a very large selection of foods surrounded by majestic mountains and being cared for by friendly staff was a wonderful retreat. Public transportation is great and hotel has shuttle service available."

We had a beautiful view from our hotel balcony and the hotel is situated just a fifteen minute walk from the town centre, which worked out really well in the end as this was a more peaceful and picturesque location for the hotel. "The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels.
