"The front desk was very helpful and the room was beautiful"

"Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...

"The room was nice, great view of Boldt Castle & the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom however was definitely outdated. There was a Continental Breakfast which was nice, but could have included some fruit, just consisted of prepackaged cereal, prepackaged muffins, danishes and bagels."

"It is a great place to stay, in a beautiful Harbor and view, with excellent staff, property is very well maintained. No complaints. We will return soon to enjoy this hotel again"

"Breakfast was delicious. Nerrell, who was the waitress for breakfast, was very nice. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not available during our visit. All of the staff were friendly and helpful."
