"The property was nice and well located. Overall the property was good . We did have a few issues. Our first night, we only had freezing cold water. Showers were not fun. After the first night, the water was warm and we didn’t have any other issues with it. Our other difficulty was when we went to reception and asked for more toilet paper and didn’t receive it. We had to go several times over several hours before we were able to get some. Overall this is a good hotel, but had a few issues."

"Sauberes aber sehr kleines Zimmer. Die Tür zum Bad war eine Schiebetür, die sich nicht vollkommen schließen lies. Das Bett hatte eine sehr bequeme und angenehm harte Matratze. Es gibt kostenlose Kaffee am Empfang, das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und eine gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass man von der Straße nichts mitbekommt."

"The hotel was wonderful, situated in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from Manneken Pis and a 5-minute walk from the Grand Place, however, far enough as to be very peaceful and quiet. It was very clean, with a delightful scent as soon as you entered, and the room was spotless and the size of the room very generous. However, the gym facilities were outdated or not functioning properly, with only two out of five machines working. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here...
